How long will it take?
The length of counseling depends on your individual needs. After I learn more about the issues you want to work on, I will be able to provide you with some idea of how long we might be working together.
How do I know when it's time to get help?
People consider seeing a therapist under the following circumstances:
*when the way you feel is affecting your sleep, appetite, or relationships.
*when things are not getting better.
*when you are looking for answers to your problems.
How much are counseling sessions.
Fees are mid-range for private practice psychotherapy in the Broward County area. Fees will be disclosed at our first contact, before you make your first appointment.
Sessions are 50-55 minutes long. We will schedule regular sessions, at set times, depending on your needs.
